About the Role: As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities: Providing personal care and support Assisting with mobility and daily activities Monitoring and recording observations Supporting service users with meals and hydration Upholding dignity, respect, and person-centred values at all times Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamRequirements: Minimum 3 months' experience in a care or support role A caring and empathetic nature Good communication and teamwork skills Right to work in the UK Flexibility to work various shifts (desirable) Relevant training or certificates (advantageous but not essential) Must be a driver with a full UK driving licence.
